物理学専攻における教育・研究指導を担当。

Recruitment of Associate Professor

Appointment status and number of position:
One associate professor

(Division of Quantum Condensed Matter Physics)
Field of research, content of work:
Theoretical research in the field of condensed matter physics
employing computational science approaches. Candidates are
expected to be motivated in promoting interdisciplinary
researches on computational sciences involving cooperation
with other fields in the Center. Education in the undergraduate
course of College of Physics, School of Science and Engineering,
and in the graduate course of physics in the Graduate School
of Pure and Applied Sciences.
Start of appointment
As soon as possible after a hiring decision is made.
Duration of appointment:
Tenured. Retirement regulation of the University of Tsukuba applies.
Required qualifications:
Applicants must have a Ph.D.
Required documentation:
(1) Curriculum Vitae (with photograph)
(2) List of publications (separate refereed papers and others)
(3) Reprints of five major papers published within last five years
(one paper may be published earlier than five years.)
(4) Summary of research activities
(5) Research plan and ambitions for education
(6) List of competitive research funds obtained to date
(7) Reference letters (two or more), or name and address of
references (two or more).
